Refund policy

At Novel Tissues, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged or defective at the time of delivery
  • You contact us within 2 days of receiving the order
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We do not accept returns for used products or items damaged due to misuse.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us at care@noveltissues.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

3. Return Approval & Shipping

  • Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions
  • Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted

4. Refund Process (Store Credit)

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • The approved amount will be issued as store credit
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website
  • Store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days after approval

5. Delayed Credits

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at care@noveltissues.com.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product use
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

7. Replacement and Exchanges

  • Replacement or exchange requests (if approved under exceptional cases) will require the customer to bear the shipping cost.
  • Shipping charges for sending the product back and for re-dispatch will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • No replacement or exchange will be provided unless explicitly approved by our support team.
