We offer the following shipping methods across India:

Free shipping is available on all orders with minimum purchase requirement of ₹799 . 

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once your order is processed and dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
• During high-demand periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

• Novel Tissues is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
• Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the package and product

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
